Is it initialised and mounted? If not unplug it and re-format to fat-32 then start process again

Yes mate I did that... clean install about a week ago.

I had this on mine. It would pause, but wouldn't save recordings. Every time I paused, I would have to exit out of that screen! What build is it? I just flashed another image, and it's never come up again so it was nothing I was doing.
