toshiba l450-188 boot prob

hi l av a l450-188 tosh laptop it doesnt seem 2 boot up u can hear the fan then it just stop the screen stays blank nothing seems 2 happen any hlp with this thanx.:bang head::bang head:

try it on vga out mate to a monitor see if that gets a picture if not look at ram, processor, graphics it could be one of numerous faults stopping it from booting up let me know how you get on...
