Using a 232-Ethernet cable in Starview 123

Has anyone tried using a RS232-Ethernet cable in a Starview 1, w2 or 3 receiver?
iv heard this could be possible in communications setup, using an added piece of software called WSP???
anyone else know anything else/more on this?

wasting your time get a new box or a sub to view,as there is no firmware for older boxes and the internet address to log to=blank screen,its a whole different ball game now.
