Vpn problems

Everytime a premier league game kicks off i get a black screen on my tv.So I’ve installed IP vanish on my z gemma box,I’ve tried connecting to different servers close to the uk.Iv’e done a test and it shows I’m connected to these servers,yet i still get a black screen when football is on.Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Maybe cause your providers servers are getting fully blocked so a vpn would be no good

you need to make sure the setup is correct with the vpn settings. which country are yo looking at?

The provider has told me i need to get a vpn.

Iv’e tried London,Amsterdam,Frankfurt all the same,how do i check the settings?

Yes just done that now,i have 5 green ticks
