vu+ duo2 not booting

i need help with a vu+ duo2 not booting up, just stuck on the VU+ Linux boot screen, any help anyone?
I have tried reflashing the image, which successfully installs, but still doesnt boot
i tried reflashing the bootloader but it just says update error - md5 mismatch
any help please? thanks
 
are you sure your image installed as normally you have to go through setup again.few reports of bad updates if you did it online for other boxes.
 
im not sure what your saying
The box was working fine on openvix - the box froze so i had to force shutdown via the rocker switch
When switched back on it wouldnt boot, just stuck on the VU+ boot logo screen
Since then i have tried re-flashing the image and bootloader as said above.
What else can i do as still just stuck on that logo
 
might you have had epg going to internal flash ? have you got a good kingston usb for reflashing image to?
