Vu+player app not working anymore?

Have cloud ibox 2 plus with openpli. Installed vu+player app for my Android phone to control box from another room. It was working fine until last night. Now it says "could not connect to receiver. Check connection and/or settings and try again".
I have changed nothing on the box, no updates etc and phone is the same. Anyone know what the problem might be?
 
Thanks. Ip address had changed. So had to change it in the app.
I've Sky broadband, does it change ip address often? Any way of preventing this from happening constantly?
