Vu+ player - won't work on new router?

Just switched Internet providers (was with sky) and have a new technicolour TG588v v2 router. But I cant get my vu+ player app to operate my cloud ibox 2 plus that's in another room but is hooked up to another TV. Obviously the router as it was working fine with sky. Anyone any ideas?

Edit - got ip address through the box and changed the settings so working fine now.
Mods - Delete thread if you want.
