Yes, some people use tuners in all three slots. The only reported issue does not apply to you.

You will need to adjust your tuner configuration as the tuner letters will change.

At my previous house I had all 3 tuners working, for a multisat 13, 19, 23, 28, and second feed of my motorised dish, 13, 19, 23, were unicable lnb's used 5 of 6 tuners had it working well.
