Web page not loading properly

Hi all i just reinstalled windows 7 on my laptop,problem is when i go to some sites like extorrent i cant see the pictures on the page like the movie covers all i see is a red x mark.but everythink is fine on my other laptop.

What browser are you using, have you tried chrome or another?.

ye have tryed chrome and firefox,,,A friend just recived a new laptop and his is the same

Post a link to a page that is showing these red X's so I can have a look.

when you say post a link do u mean a link to the wep page

yes paddy - make sure its wrapped in the code tags when you post it

# sign on the toolbar when you make a post

try CTRL + F5 hard reset the browser

It might be your browser settings Paddy. Try these steps below & see if it works.

Mozilla Firefox users

1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
2. Click Tools at the top of the Window.
3. Click Options.
4. In the Options window, click the Content button.
5. Make sure there is a check in the "Load Images" checkbox.
6. Click Ok and close and re-open the browser.
