What do lines do?

Hi all, I'm new to all this and I'm trying to understand stuff before I try and do it! Can anyone explain in simple terms how lines work? Also I have read on another site that Sly are working on changing their SD encryption. How might that affect things in the near future?
 
depends who you ask about lines as some get up your nose ,snort snort lol
line is address of code from a paid server to open encrypted channels.
when sly change stuff we might have to wait to see,death to you be closer than boxes going off as everything in life is a gamble.
