hi all getting white lines and picture breaking up but its on all channels not just pay channels any ideas

well that the other issue it in Bradford but the only id i could get to work was one that said barnsley 1
this is the the that works

but on the list on the box it says barnsley

Who installed your cables and splitter, the quality might be an issue

Check your cables that there's no loose strands of wire touching the center core.
Is the cable a good quality one?
Is the center core protruding out enough to fit into the receiver properly.
What if anything is nearby that might cause interference?

Can you try the box at another place as that may eliminate interference aspect?
