Hopefully someone here can help.
My f5 box was working fine no issues.
I use the wifi dongle, again no issues.
I have not used the bix for a couple of weeks, now i cannot for the life of me get it back on line.
The subscription is only 2 months in, i use the same provider on 6 other lines, all fine.
Ive re-booted everything including wifi box.
I've installed new channels lists, still says offline.
My provider says all open his end and check my isp?
Im stuck and frustrated, any help would be most welcome.
