Wiped my favourites channel list on F3

Hi Guys,
ive wiped off my favorites list by mistake on my f3,is there a way to get it back or do I need to do it manually?

If you created that list manually then you have to create it again manually.
However if it was a list which was created when you updated your channel list using a dbs file, then get that file and re-update your channel list (first do a 'Delete All Channels' so that you do not create duplicates/errors)
