won't switch on

My SW hd combo won't switch on,Ive checked the fuse that's ok,also got power to the switch at the rear and power from it,any ideas anyone.

Found problem 2 melted capacitors looks like its no good now doubt its worth repairing?

capacitors are a couple of bucks.if you can solder a pc board its worth a try.look for burnt spots elsewhere on the board and blow the dust out while you are at it.

i wonder if it got a power surge?how many people use surge protection?
