Hi one more thing I know the answer will probably be in one of the previous 217 pages but I cant see how to add a Line for VM or changing the SoftcamPanel Cam.

What is the build version of this, mine still shows as 7.002 after setup.... didn’t reflash openATV mind, might that be an issue ?

You need to reflash with open atv6.2 or 6.3 for infinity mate press blue software manager flashonline/local green to flash online if 6.2 dosnt show press blue it will appear then select a zip file to flash once done follow the infinity install guide

Sounds like you have flashed wb7 which is no longer updated. Sooner or later you will have to update to infinity.
So when your feeling brave follow what @bazcfc1 suggested and update
 
guys, sorry back again as still having issues with this Zgemma H4 box.
tried to update from atv 6.0 to Wooshbuild infinity which crashed and never booted, only got as far as -74- then tv loses connection and boots to -00- but doesn;t load anything.
tried to reflash back to ATV6.0, 6.1 and 6.2 without joy, start with USB, Boot, UPDT and continues and displays wooshbuild inifinity boot screen but then loses connection again.
is there a way to reflash back to any image as i can't seem to get it to FLSH , just the boot, updt message and then boot sequence but never actually booting ?

When you see usb uptd are you pressing the front power button until it displays flash
Download this and try again

Failing that go to the download section and download willos toolkit. In there you will see a download to prepare your usb drive for flashing

managed to flash back to ATV and then onto Wooshbuild Infinity. :-)

Hi

Finally got round to upgrading to WI, I have it all done with no problems, I restored from backup and all seemed fine, I then run bouquet maker and it seems to run fine, I run EPG importer and it imports fine as usual, but when I press EPG there is only the Radio.

Press the TV button on your remote. This should show you TV bouquets.
Now when you press the EPG button you should see TV channels.
 
Guys, tried several times to update my h5.2s to openatv 6.2 from 6.1 running wooshbuild infinity using the online method. When I go to check what the version it always says 6.1 after it. Is there a way for me to update to 6.2 via infinity to keep all my settings timers etc?
