WooshBuild v3.02 vs sucmnsee latest vix

I'm setting up a H2s for the 1st time and wondering is there much between the 2 builds?

Have tried searching.

Wooshbuild uses openatv and sucmnsee uses vix so personal choice really.
The wooshbuild does most things for you and involves a minimal amount of effort to install it.
It also offers updates via the internet which the vix build does not.

and skins are interchangeable between the two? For instance - I could install the Slyk skin on both?
