popping my pc in to a mates house tomorrow early on , hes doing a fresh install of windows, need to format the old pc so its ready to go , any help please ? rid off passwords etc , hes dodgy :lol:

Only real good way is to use Hirens boot cd to nuke the hard drive or something similar,You could do a complete restore to day one if you have a restore point,you go through all your files and delete them other wise you can remove hard drive and format it on another computer.
