I've been handed an X Duo to look at and try to get up and running. After looking at a number of forums and pictures i'm convinced its a Solo2 clone, it has the exact same layout on the back, nothing like any of the Duo range and has all the dubious similarities on the box it came in.
Being my first experience with these boxes i'm a little hesitant on how to proceed, last thing i want to do is brick it. Its loaded with Black Hole 1.7.5 I've installed DCC and connected to the box and am unable to find a CCcam.cfg file in either var or etc. I've tried putting it in both but nothing.
My questions are, do i need to update firmware before proceeding, if so what with and once thats out the way, how do i enter the CCcam file?

Edit: Have since found out these are pretty much based on the VU+ Duo but in a Solo 2 shell.
