XMLTV 2 mins fast

OK. I have upgraded my epg from satellite to XMLTV.
Problem is now it's 2 mins fast in time. So whwn you recored something it starts 2 mins early but finishes 2 mins late.
Anyway around this??

Isn't that a normal function to make sure you don't miss the beginning and end of a recording? Is it really worth fussing over?
