My Buzz 4900 freezes when scrolling the epg . "Buzz TV IS NOT RESPONDING" have to reload the channels . lot of channels are just blank . Latest update V20220923 . Have 2 other servers which work fine.
Before I contact the my supplier has anybody had similar problems .
The buzztv crash just needed a quick cache clean. We remote accessed the device and cleared cache.
We switched player from 'Backup' to 'Primary' and the performance seems much better. Primary Player is heavily modified by Buzztv whereas Backup Player is standard.
