hi peeps please help, have f3 but can't view z tv and zee cinema, could somebody kindly guide me the new frequency or do i need to update the f/w ? thank you

yes can confirm scan brings it back, but would love to have it in category so if somebody can pass on the new frequency it will be much appreciated!!!

Go to channel---press info on remote and frequency will show on bottom of screen.

Go to all channels--ensure Z-tv is showing, if yes then exit and open menu---channel edit--favourites edit and enter z-tv into favourites.
Now cry because it was so easy lol

New channel list has already updated.
If like me you don't use a preset list then just do a rescan monthly and all will appear. Simples.:yes!:

a] to scan for channels--menu-settings--single sat scan [if you do a blind scan you will find over 8oo channels, then you can either edit your way or install a preset channel list which you can download.
b] the frequency list above gives the new channel frequencies--sky has a nasty habit of moving channels around and changing frequencies---it's just a nuisance factor--a scan will find them and a new channel list will update for you.

You will have to reinstall a list but if the list doesn't show the channel you require then you can edit via favourites.

If you just want to get the channels back in satabr's list, you can do a TP scan, rather than a full scan.

Menu > installation > TP list. Scroll to 12545H. Press OK, then OK again to scan.

11662H is a new transponder. You will need to add it before you can scan. Menu > installation > TP list. Press green (add). Enter frequency = 11662, symbol rate = 27500, polarity = H. Then save. Or you can edit the 11661V TP instead (as that one won't be used now).

Unfortunately it doesn't overwrite the old channels (that would make a good addition to future firmware), but lists them at the end of the "All" channel list.
