ZGemma: Can't switch between channels

Hi! I am currently having issues with the H2S where I can't seem to change the channels. No matter which button I press on the remote, nothing happens. But, I don't think it's a remote issue as I have tried two remotes but still doesn't work. Any ideas of fixes for this?
 
Thanks pal, will give that a go. Would that be through re-downloading the Wooshbuild file and installing via USB as if it was a new box?

but make sure u backup lines /etc if u dont have em already
or u could all ways try my 6.1 backup works a treat for iptv m8
 
Luckily my iptv is through m3u via e-channeliser so no backup is needed..what’s your 6.1 backup about mate?

That actually looks really good, I will look into that..I’m currently re-flashing WooshBuild but still I’m having issues, it’s as if the remote control isn’t responding. Any reasons why this could be pal?
