Zgemma h.2h loading issue

HI Guys,

I recently got my self a zgemma h.2h box and have been installing plugins. I found an air play plugin which i installed but now the box is stuck.
The box boots and has the channel bar at the bottom of the screen but also has the loading icon going around in the top left hand corner and wont get past it.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can try a fresh install or maybe try connecting via ftp and delete the plugin files. My guess would be to do a fresh install from usb

Thanks for the swift response.
I am new to all this.
Not sure how i would ftp on to the box.
I am reading through some instructions on how to do a fresh install but am worried i will lose my sat and cable lines.
Also i an unable to download the SUCMNSEE backup file.

I managed to ftp on to the box and remove the plugins and the box started up.
