Cable ZGemma H1 box arrived, vm cable setup help

I am ready for throwing it through window if i dont get it working soon, really cant understand what im doing wrong, read numerous posts and from what i can see ive got the setting right just cant understand why it isnt finding any channels

yes it is connected incorrectly, you have the cable feed connected to tuner A when it should be in tuner B (tuner A is for sky feed & tuner B is for Cable feed...from your picture tuner A is bottom right & tuner B is top left)

Is this actually the right connector before I order it because tuner b looks like it needs a female coax To a female RF?

You just screw your cable lead to the threaded end and put the other end in the tuner b hole.

Ye I just meant tuner b looks like a male connector and this eBay connector is male too one end
