not sure how but zgemma has decided to stick in boot and wont flash iv tried multiple usbs I have read somewhere before there is a way to flash over ftp and it seems I can still access the box through filezilla so can anyone help on how to do this?

also stupidly took the usb out to try and flash it and now it wont let me access HDD through ftp but I can access everywhere else
