Zgemma h2h cable and satellite

Got a zgemma h2h working fine on cable but there's a couple of channels I can't get what are on sky if I get a satellite dish put up can I run them both at the same time if so how does it work do you have to switch tuners and would I need a extra line and do I just put this put the in the newcamd list cheers
