what build are you using?
what do you mean 'picture but no sound'? - is it stuck on boot or is the volume just turned down?
can you get channels?

so it's not stuck in boot then.
have you tried a different HDMI cable?
CAUTION: don't unplug HDMI cables while either device is powered on, unplug TV and box before removing the cable as you could damage the box or tv

yes tried different hdmi still say boot on the box but still cant get any sound

try AV cables instead of HDMI, it could be a faulty HDMI port on the box

can you get sound from the TV using a different device? - freeview box or playstation and such likes?
