ZGemma H2S crash after software update. Advice welcome..

My H2S won't boot up at all since I updated the software on the unit. The initial boot screen (SKY skin) appears for a few seconds & then the screen crashes & an error file is displayed temporarily before the system attempts to reboot. The cycles of Boot up & error/crash then continues until I power the unit down via the mains button, as the unit is now unresponsive to the remote control too. Any assistance/advice would be greatly appreciated? Cheers.

If you have Vix installed you should never do a software update as it is a patched image and you will need to reflash the box

You may have to re-flash the box with vix or openatv..like what was said above if you software update with vix it doesn't always work out so well as its not supported by zgemma where as openatv is.

Flashing with vix is what caused the problem lol
You should never sotwate update if using vix on a zgemma you have also now lost you line if you didnt have a copy.
