Zgemma h2S help, where to post for help?

Hi, I'm a newb here and not sure where to post my question regarding my Zgemma H2S.

My boy reset to factory settings as he thought I'd be able to see he was watching the adult channel and I didn't have a back up... I know newbie mistake but I need to figure out how to start from scratch and build my box again!

Can anyone tell me the best forum to post it in please

Does anyone know how I access WB config to open up the channel list from FTA only?

I know this is a real newbie question but it's an honest one I'm stumped

I've done that one lol, at least thats one tick in the box for me... my heads battered this is so much harder than when I bought it preloaded!!
need to get the "gift" working now and then good to go

once you have done it a few times you will do it without any issues
