Hi everyone I hope this is the right forum apologies if its not . I've recently got a zgemma and my son decided to set it up for me . For some reason he has factory reset the box and now nothing works . The auto banquets menu is blank and I cant even lad up the epg . I have tried to make the box flash and it wont . I've tried 3 usb and at least 3 different programs . Any help would be appreciated . Many thanks .
