hi sorry if im in wrong thread. i got a zgemma h2s and zgemma stars ,its second hand when i pluged both of them it comes up saying service unavailable ; check tuner configuration. nothing seems to be showing like no channels. do i need to reset from start like factory reset. don't want to brick the box. or can somebody lead me to zgemma set up guide. thanks.
 
Your lnbs should be in lnb 1 and in lnb 2 not in the loop out one which is under lnb 1 try that if not your boxes might need reflashing
 
ahh thanks bazcfc1, sorry , I have now got all the channels.[ free one] I was using wrong lnb port. although I only have 1 cable from sky why do I have to use 1 and 2.
 
This thread belongs in the H2.S section unless it's an Openbox you have?

You use 2 cables (both lnb in ports) if you want to record on one channel whilst watching another.

Hopefully you're aware that CS is pretty much dead on satellite now too.
