zgemma h5 constantly freezing

Im running open atv 6.3 and Grogbuild on a zegemma h5. The problem is it keeps freezing after a couple of minutes. Its not a connection problem as ive tried it on 2 different lines (houses)
Ive spoken to the person that supplies me with the line and all is fine his end. Ive also tried it on a zgemma h2s and that runs fine, Its just the h5 thats freezing all the time. has anyone any ideas??

You haven't said what type if line?
Iptv?
Satellite?
Have you tried tests from elsewhere?
Is the channel freezing or the box?
Can you navigate through menus when it's froze?

Sorry Iptv
its not the line as my box h3.2 runs fine its soon as i install it on the h5
Just the channel that freezes can still use navigation

If the sub works on h2s, use that instead.
There may be a slight fault with network on the H5.
I'd reflash it and see if all new settings etc will cure it

The h5 box is a friends and im trying to fix the problem
I have a line for my h2s and he has one for the h5
Whatever line i run through the h5 freezes

Ive reflashed it several times even put different builds on but no joy
Im beginning to wonder if the box is faulty

Have you checked network settings are the same on both boxes?
Is seviceapp installed on both boxes?

How do i find serviceapp ????

Press green, press green again
Click system plugins
Scroll down to serviceapp and install it
Reboot
Go to menu/setup/usage and gui
Open serviceapp
Change playback from original to serviceapp
Change player to extplayer
Box will reboot
See if it's any better

When you say freezing are you leaving it on the channel for a while 3 minutes as you will see tunnelling at the start but should settle

Sometimes I leave it and it comes on but when it does its jumpy and does not work for more than 30secs without freezing then working then freezing....

When left on that channel does it not correct itself?
you tried this on your phone or another device see if does the same

Oh sorry my mistake! Id get test line rule it out any issues or reflash it

I didn't install cam was done remotely I wouldn't have clue how to out cam on box
