hi just got my box signal and all is great< however everything i press menu it reboots itself HELP!

You might need to reflash your box but make sure you save any line details before you do

I've had someone try to support me but I'm on a mac and the files to put onto usb seems to be complicated!

no from a azon i can watch the free channels but when i press menu it reboots itself as there an error
