Can any one help. I bought a pre loaded box and accidently deleted autobouquets ive tried to re install it through the green button menu but all I get on each channel oa the ipab symbol what can I do to fix it?

OK I've got it working by swapping the cables over and can now get channels 1-5 but no sky? Can anyone help?
