Zgemma-Star H.2S SHOWS CONSTANT RED POWER LIGHT

Guys
My zegemma h2s box shows a constant red power light. Tried powering down several times but to no joy.
Do i need to reflash it again as i dont have the backup file?

Or is there a way i can restore it back so the red power light goes away?

Is there a step by step tutorial with latest firmware i can install, then will need to put on the sly skins

Any help would be appreciated

Look at stickies. Builds there with sky skin.
You will need to have ur line to enter tho. If u dont have it contact who it was bought from.
