zgemmaH2S Storage option missing in menu

Hi,
I have been having trouble recording to my mass storage device on the zgemmaH.2s for a while now. I went into the menu to try to initialize it and the STORAGE option has disappeared.

MENU
SET UP
SYSTEM
Then I scroll down and STORAGE has gone!

Any help appreciated please.

Might sound daft but it is plugged in isn't it ?
The menu doesn't appear when the usb is unplugged

Yes it is plugged in. I may try a new storage device and see if the "STORAGE " option returns to the menu

Make sure it is plugged in firmly, then maybe reboot the box.

Without wanting to go off topic with you Steve, but have you considered reflashing to atv,, just that how old is you version of vix? The plugins are going to disappear and you can't update it like atv, just a thought
