Does zgemma remote work on iptv vod?

Does zgemma remote work on iptv vod?.... I cannot forward/rewind/stop any programmes. My server provider said that it will not work on the zgemma boxes. This feature is for other boxes or iptv on smart tv's. is this the case?

Depends how it's setup and plugin used I use streamity and xc-lite and can pause rewind and ff vod if your vod is imported to epg then it will not do what you want it too
