Service app settings

Can someone please post a screenshot of their exteplayer 5002 settings in service app.

Getting a lot of buffering issues on most channels and trying to resolve but not sure what the settings should be.

Any help much appreciated

Have you checked with your supplier if there's a fault at his end?
Have you tried a test line to see if your existing line is good or not?
Have you checked all your connections are tight and cables are not split?
Check that your BB supplier are not having problems.

Sorry meant stuttering not buffering, that's why I want to check settings against someone elses that works as supplier says issue isn't at his end. Been with him for five years so no reason to doubt him.

i am away from the box atm.

but install the e2iplayer app and the dependencies from extensions as, if i recall, it makes sure things like gstplayer is fully installed and up to date

i think 5002 is gstplayer, maybe not.

also if you are using xe editor change the stream type in that plugin settings also

I already have e2istreamand dependencies installed and have already changed player settings in XE.

Just want to check that the settings are the same for exteplayer (5002) in the service app as someone who's IPTV isn't stuttering as I have checked everything else and all seems okay.
