Just interested but has anybody here had any luck in transferring the license you have to buy for this app to another device? Reason I ask is that I wanted to transfer it to the app on my new firestick. I emailed the support team who just ignore emails apart from acknowledging receipt. Ive had this trouble before and ended up paying again -its not a lot but a bit frustrating that you cant just transfer it. Out of principle I wont pay again but use an alternate app that my provider supports.
 
No it doesnt Baz - youve got to email the support guy. ....but surprisingly as we speak, Ive just received an email saying hes done it! - I reminded him earlier this morning. Took 8 days. :laughing:
 
Surprised people still using this app. It was good 2 years ago but there are much better options now.

I know what you mean Mike and I have raised this with the service provider and he is adamant that this is the app he supports. Hes got his reasons and who am I to question him. His service is very very good and reliable, no VPN required etc. This is my backup service so Im not complaining having to use an app I wouldnt choose to use otherwise.

Can you not change to duplex mate as provider can create an xc details and pin protect the playlist

Thanks Baz, I'll approach him with that but Im already guessing the response - he seems stuck on his principles.
