Glitching

Hi I’ve got a Q+ box and buzztv, I’ve tried 2 suppliers and both has a glitch in the picture , when the footballs on I either get the picture go slightly fuzzy then back to normal and the othe problem I get is the ball flickers in flight and then disappears then re appears, any ideas

Are you running WiFi or hardwired have you ran speed tests tried external players depending on app

Ran hard wire and WiFi both same , the speed test run was ping 31.28 download 57.15 upload 9.38

If this is a test line that you asked for yesterday in the request section I'd say it's a crap line. Get another test and see what that's like

Have you tried on both devices, as yesterday you said the buzztv device wasn't set up yet?

If so try different hdmi leads, different hdmi port, different tv, clean your spectacles etc

Yeh tried both q+ and buzztv, the buzztv is the one that goes fuzzy then normal and Q+ ball flickers and vanishes then re appears it’s doing my head in

Have you tried watching the football on alternative channels eg Optus, Spark Sport

Ask your provider to convert to mac and use buzzes own dedicated app give your provider the mac number starting 00:1A:79 and ask for a portal

have you tried changing the video player ?
on the vidstick hit MENU ---configuration --display & video --change from default to secondary
this is if you are using the buzz in built app,which i find is a great app

If you've told your supplier that you have that device and he doesn't offer subs to utilise the built in app then you need to find a new supplier - one of the main selling points of your device is the pre installed iptv player. If you're using suppliers own android app you might as well have bought a firestick.

ask your supplier for the host address as you will need it if you want to use the in built buzz tv app.

Yeh I didn’t know about this as Iam pretty new to all this. Find out something new every time I come on this site

Quite a few suppliers will not support boxes like formuler and buzz apps as they have to give out the server url.
