VPN Advice please

Hello I’m having a problem with logging into my vpn via the vpn app on all devices I have it installed.
On each device I put in correct credentials but won’t connect and gives a notification saying “please check your internet connection and try again”been good for a long time with no issues until now..is BT blocking it?
Using BulletVPN over B.T WiFi on Android phone-android tv-iPad pro 2020 all apps give same notification.
However it allows me to use app as normal on phone over 4G data connection no problems sign in and connect to vpn
Been back and forth with BulletVPN support they just say delete app and reinstall and done this many times..
Turned off router for 10 mins Rebooted it a few times still no change..
Anyone have any thoughts?
 
I doubt very much BT are blocking your VPN. To be honest never come across bullet VPN.
 
Seems to be a router problem..I have been using the newest bt smart hub 2 spent 2 days trying to use vpn with no joy ..I have had this a few times before but it sorted itself out never went on so long and I could sign in.. so I connected to next doors wifi (sky) and all apps on all devices worked perfectly..so swapped back to my old bt smart hub 1 and again everything is good no issues..so must be something with the new smart hub 2.? Would like to know what as settings are identical..strange one.
 
We had a BT smart hub 2 all i did was turn off al the family safe settings, or what ever BT call them.

Yes mate everything is off..web protect-smart set up-parent control..etc
It’s strange as all apps on all devices are working great on the smart hub 1 but on hub 2 they state no net connection.
Everything else on the hub 2 network connects and works as normal just the vpn apps..
 
If they were blocking you it would not work on the hub one. So that's rulled that out.

Try a free VPN on the hub 2 as it may just be some sort of conflict with the hub 2 and your VPN provider.

Yes no issues with other vpns..must be a clash of apps or something..I think the apps need updating for Android 10 maybe..
Anyway I’m back on the new hub 2 and I removed app off phone and the app on shield tv is working but very temperamental but it’s doing it..
 
disable vpn on devices when first running after connecting router, as network ip allocation gets scrambled. I never had this issue previously but new router seems to cause it
 
Well after initial problems it just settled down and have no issues anymore everything works as it should.
I’m using the new router and all is fine..After pulling my hair out and switching back and forth with new and old router I stayed with the new one and opened a support ticket with my vpn provider who suggested all the usual stuff but it seemed to fix itself if I remember correctly one day it just worked again.
