Hi all i have this problem all of a sudden my firestick will not work, i have tried unplugging it reset , reset router, i can;t get it to connect to server, anyone know how to do it or what i am doing wrong..

Are you using a VPN?
If not try using one to see if it connects.
If you are using a VPN try connecting to a different country
Try turning off the VPN

See what results you get from the above

Have you spoken to your provider? Not connected to another device on single connection.

Try clearing cache then data on app by going to settings aplications manage aplications look for your app press ok once then go to clear cache press ok and same with clear data.
Once done go to launch application and re login see if that helps also what app are you using
 
i have a spare one that works fine just case plan b, but one was allowed vpn and other guy says do not put it on, or i will cancel, or maybe is not at my end right enough, you kinda panic when you try everything nothing seems to work.

Is the firestick connected to the Internet? Yes/no?
Can you download something to check it is connected?
 
a couple hours ago the home page would not go on, it come up sorry no home page connection, but now thats back, and i have downloaded something. i think its at his end. i panicked cause had to be my end cause no home page.
 
i dont get as far as login , all i get was can't connect to server try again, i have never seen it before until today, i am pretty sure its his end, cause other things working now, but his app..
 
The guy i go with have been for a while, says there was a fire at OVH centre, which is above my head, he mailed same mail to everyone so no sure what it meant, but back up and running all new set up that he had it before.
