iptv help on firestick

If someone could help with this its a real puzzler for me anyway, I got iptv it worked well for a few days then stopped, i am with now t.v broadband i have took the buddy option off still no luck even with a nord vpn which i dont understand, However this is the real kicker iptv will work on my phone with the same wifi as my tele and with the same vpn but it wont work if i take the nord vpn off, I use a firestick for the iptv on my tele, tele is a hitachi 4k any help would be appreciated i have tried reseting reinstalling changing settings

What player is on the phone and firestick?
Is it the same one?
Have you cleared the cache on firestick?
 
Power the router off for 5 minutes and then restart it.
Not off/on as that doesn't work.
Leave it off for the full 5 minutes
Then retry
 
yeah i can watch other apps on stick youtube etc, message i get oncw i put login details is login failed please check your server address username and password, username and password have been checked mutliple times, and is the same username and password that i use on my phone thats working

You are probably putting an l instead of a capital i or a capital o for a zero.
Ask your provider to change user and pass if possible.
If not, remove the player from firestick and reinstall

I wish that was the case but its been checked and checked and clarified by another user/freind, ok i will ask him, i have unistalled and reinstalled multi times
