Seriously though you ain't wrong with what you saying mate.
Seems there always some type of issues with these types of boxes.
For a thread just over 2 weeks old and 23 pages long already over a basic box pablo has a valid point. Seems to be certain members posting complete pointless posts all the time. Wheelo shut the last thread for exactly the same thing so guys stop posting CRAP or this one will be closed.

It's the thread, it's too generic for a complete new system.
Some are asking about setup settings and updates and a whole bunch are yakking about different channels coming and going at various times of day.

What I mean is, like even I’ve recommended this site to a few friends as it does have good info about the viarks.
Maybe we could have one thread about the boxes and a separate one for channel/freezing issues (if that is allowed)? Plus that way, anyone looking to buy can see what the current issues with the boxes are.

Well that is telling me you have a PT firmware update available but if the 1.0.3 went on ok as you say it shouldnt.
As a rule i prefer to do these updates via USB but you can try the online update option if you like.
Maybe see what version your actually running not sure where to find that info on the DRS2 but you should have a information option in settings.
BT Sports 1 is a problematic channel for some reason im not sure of.

There is another way to use that type of information though.
If a member was thinking of buying one of these boxes they get a feel from those types of posts how the box will perform for them. May sway them one way or another to purchase them or to give them a wide birth.

Posts like that, mainly made by forum users that dont own one and have no clue really what these boxes are like to use. These are worse than the posts you describe in my opinion.

Its already got iptv installed, maybe not all the channel you want but it does come with one years iptv and 3 years connection to a server.
