BT sport is not on 19.2 east, the majority of the 19e channels do carry English audio. Is it possible to clear Sly BT sprt HD on 19.2 with these and can the audio be changed to English?
You can’t go wrong with the viark sat 4K it still does the job and is probably easier to get a hold of compared to other brands mentioned in the thread. If someone is only interested in 28.2 then yes SP1 as a minimum is required however it’s a big gamble getting one for a fixed dish pointed at 28.2 as the lights could go out anytime , having a motorised or multi sat setup makes more sense and makes the investment a more viable proposition. So I've been reading this thread with interest, couple of questions if I may, is the viark 4k the latest receiver as I think its now nearly 2 years old? Or would it be better to look at another brand/model? If someone is only interested in 28.2 is it just sp1 that would be required?
NoIs gshare and forever the same server
Yeah can appreciate it could go dark at any stage, that's the joys of it, had a 1m motorised dish a few years back in my last place that was back in the old days of sat and have moved since then and not really in a position to put up a motorised dish where I currently live. My Edison OS 3 which I use for FTA & saorview seems to be on its last legs anyway so would be needing replacement anyway. You can’t go wrong with the viark sat 4K it still does the job and is probably easier to get a hold of compared to other brands mentioned in the thread. The Viarks are still leading the way but Starsat have capable receivers too. Some maybe newer that the Sat 4k they wont work any better.Yeah can appreciate it could go dark at any stage, that's the joys of it, had a 1m motorised dish a few years back in my last place that was back in the old days of sat and have moved since then and not really in a position to put up a motorised dish where I currently live. If you've got too many channels over too many sats it will slow down massively just scrolling through channel lists etc so I deleted a few sats I didn't use too often and it sped up again. My viark 4k has become sluggish, ever since upgrading to 1.14, previously it was quick to scroll through menus and channel changing, anyone else noticed this?

Also if you have CHmax enabled with the picons that slows it down too on latest firmware - thanks @ferret I think for that tip.
I've tried it onto a much faster industrial microSD to see if it behaves any better but not tried the box today.
