Most good VPN's should only have a small impact on your headline speed and they will avoid the throttling.

When you say you have different http address, but same supplier, is your IPTV supplier definitely the same as your neighbour. It sounds like not, but you're confusing us a little...
e.g. Are you both with Ace Streams, but he uses acestreams.co.uk and you use acestreams.com? Of so, try using his http url. However, if a completely different supplier, then sounds like it's your supplier that is the issue...

we are paying money to the same person but the web addresses in the app are different but have now got to the bottom of the issue and our supplier has sorted it out for me. Thanks for your help and adviceLol, Ace was just an example not the actual name of the supplier . Are you both paying money to the same person for your iptv , if so do you both have the same web address in the app you use to watch it ?
