How do you turn off subtitles in iMPlayer? I can't see any option. I am trialing a new provider and have to use his app.
Ask your provider for a different player/app.Just says Auto or None.
Are subs on every channel?Just says Auto or None.
I have switched to VLC and the lip sync is ok but I lose the option for subs.I have changed the default player from exo to vlc and I can turn the captions off but now the lip synch is out.
I'd remove the app from your device.I have changed the default player from exo to vlc and I can turn the captions off but now the lip synch is out.
Are you that needy that you get off on likes? jeez, you can clearly see I'm a newbie, I don't usually use forums.Oh well you didn't say it was just on vod series.
You didn't give much information at all really.
Or any likes
He's turned subtitles off, this is no longer the problem. When playing an episode click ok on dpad then down on the dpad and choose subtitles and make sure they are off.
If that doesn’t work contact supplier.

Did you have subs on all TV series and Movies?I can see the OpenSubtitles menu but I don't have the Turn Off button like you do, just the Search button. I should have time shortly to do a fresh install and I'll post pictures of the menu.
It was on all movies/series. I have reinstalled and the issue was still present, I clicked on the OpenSubtitles section and downloaded a different one and then it said Turn Off. So it seems to be working ok now, I have tried a few different shows and they haven't come back on, just a bit glitchy I think.Did you have subs on all TV series and Movies?
If not the series that you were watching may have had subs hard coded to the file.
You can’t remove subs if that is the case at your end.
You would need to ask the supplier to add a version that doesn’t contain subs.
I don’t use iMPlayer much as I prefer Tivimate but at least you have it working even though it is a bit glitchy. It was on all movies/series.
