I don’t know of any legit apps but plenty of old UK and USA content on Debrid servers.
Also old content using torrents.

AiryTV app might be an option but it depends how old you're looking for. Free apps like Tubi, Pluto TV, Roku Channel, and Freeverse might have some of the shows, too.

I'll always recommend Stremio+RD.

Pluto TV: This free streaming service has dedicated channels for classic TV shows, including a variety of nostalgic series.

Tubi: Another free service, Tubi offers a selection of older TV shows and movies, with a range of genres available.

If you go the RD route I recommend Syncler or Fen Light with CocoScrapers for Kodi.
The scrapers are great on either option.

Below is a nice start up guide for Fen Light with Kodi. If you're new to Stremio just be forewarned it's more work and less streamlined.. I don't use it because I get bothered too much from the family compared to Stremio. Always good to have back up sources, though!

I use the skin also but no widgets, just a favourite list.
The widgets slow things down.
The Kodi player plays all codecs as well which hardly any other player does.
Once it’s setup it’s easy to maintain.

I haven't dabbled with Syncler yet but I know they have quality files from your other posts. Right now I use Stremio + Torrentio RD, on the main tv for the wife, Kodi with Fen Light, Umbrella RD, CocoScrapers on the basement tv. Neither tv is a world beater both fairly old Rokus circa 2017 or 2018 so haven't had that itch to chase the highest resolution. I love the ease of use with Stremio while traveling.
