Failed to get Data from Server when using SurfShark

I was referring to your slow internet speed when connected via vpn you can select different protocalls but I was advising wireguard is fastest.
It's been on wireguard as it was set to heat lritocol Just trying to fix it on camouflage which is OpenVPN (UDP or TCP) protocols. Working so far
 
son has sony tv which he has logic app for his iptv he also has surfshark app on tv the question is every time he turns his vpn on if he then goes to logic for his iptv it says connection error please try your internet connection are something along those lines anyone got any ideas on how to solve this and yes he is aloud to use a vpn by provider if he wants to
 
Can you connect to the internet with other apps when the VPN is on. Like YouTube for example?

Does the supplier have another app you can use? I take it you don't have the URL and logins

yes connects to youtube when surfshark is on no he doesnt have url or loggins as he got it off here and was sent a certificate but surfshark still working and with youtube as well

the app works ok with the vpn off?

maybe try different location for the vpn, or try another vpn. (proton do a free one just to try it.)

I've seen this error on Smarters app only when logging in with a VPN on so assume the app you refer to is also a Smarters branded version.

Is this error when logging into the IPTV app? If so, disconnect VPN, log into the app, enable VPN and then open the IPTV app.

Check with the provider, you;re also using the latest version of the/their app.
