Do you send the zipped file to usb or the .bin file? When i unzip the folder and try and cope the .bin file it says file too long or unavailable

Just drag the bin file into the usb, then put usb in stb and load it.

On what devices is the error message?
Re download might be corrupted or usb is faulty?

On HP laptop. Tried 3 different USBs and same issue. Managed to dl sw from a different site with no issues and downgrade completed now. Maybe someone can try to dl and see if they get the same problem?
It extracts and transfers to usb with no error messages for me. 🤷♀️
I used the same download and worked for me too.

After installing WinRar on my laptop is now works fine. Maybe it just wasn’t extracting properly. Thanks for your help lads

I’ve literally jus put mine on for first time in a week n all greyed out, tried reboot n still same
Sat 4k is all good (uk channels) on firmware 1.23.

Im on 1.23 n with Sat 4k, check sub ok till Apr 26
Had same issue with channels not clearing. All ok now. Try rebooting
